2022 Annual Membership

Your contribution to the caring and upkeep of Long Point and its lands and facilities is greatly appreciated and makes Long Point unique among cottager associations in Ontario. When your dues are paid, you and your guests may enjoy ongoing use of our facilities and benefit from security patrols in the off season. Although 2022 is still under covid precautions, we hope to return to some of Long Point’s traditional summer activities. Please follow safe covid practices and check out our calendar for this year’s Long Point activities.

Your annual dues provide and pay for:

  1. Weekly winter patrol of all member properties,

  2. Sports courts and playground area access, maintenance, repair and renewal,

  3. LPRA insurance for volunteers and board members,

  4. Payment of center land taxes,

  5. Annual memberships in the Balsam Lake Association (BLA) and Federation of Ontario Cottagers' Associations (FOCA), two associations that work on your behalf to protect the value of your property and the quality of life on the lake.

Annual LPRA membership for the year 2022 (on or before July 1, 2022) - $175.00

Annual LPRA membership for the year 2022 (after July 1, 2022) - $200.00

To pay your dues you may use one of the following 2 options:

  • Send an INTERAC e-Transfer to “longpointra@gmail.com”. Note this must be done separately through your online banking

or

  • Cheques to be made payable to The Long Point Residents Association Inc. (Mail or drop off your payment to Susan Reid at 70 Cedar Ave., Kirkfield, ON K0M 2B0)
